Use of Site
This site is intended to offer information only and does not guarantee that 1) The weather will be nice when you visit Tahoe 2) You receive equipment that looks exactly like those pictured in rates + equipment 3) You will ride and/or ski as well as the persons depicted in our site photographs. All content herein is the property of Five Star Alpine Rentals and may not be reproduced in any form without written permission.

Equipment
Any injury you incur while using our equipment shall not be held liable against Five Star Alpine Rentals or its employees. If you experience equipment failure, please contact us and we will be happy to replace your equipment or refund your money. If you are a beginner, we recommend lessons.

Reservation Confirmation
Within 24 hrs. of your booking, we will contact you by phone in order to confirm your reservation. We will also make sure your order is correct, answer any questions, and arrange a method of payment.

Product Delivery
To ensure a preferred time-slot, we recommend you set the appointment for equipment delivery at least 24 hrs. ahead of arrival. Otherwise, we will try our best to set an appointment which is convenient for you. Our local telephone number is 530-542-1490.

Product Return
Five Star recommends that you call 24 hrs. in advance to schedule a convenient pick-up time for you. Equipment is due by 7:00 pm on your last day of renting. If any equipment is broken, lost, or stolen, the fair market value amount of the item will be charged to your credit card.

Cancellation Policy
As a result of advanced planning and preparation for equipment delivery, we require at least 48 hrs. notice for cancellations. Any time less will result in a 20% cancellation charge.
